Setup help covers reviewing compatibility, explaining the app steps and planning a test. You retain control of your provider account, registration, billing and phone routing. Carrier approval timing is outside our control. This is email guidance, not a staffed phone-answering or emergency service.

Put a dollar range around the missed-call problem first.

Use your own call volume and ticket value. The result is scenario math, not a recovery promise. Submit the estimate when you want us to review the opportunity with you.

Quick answers

Common setup and contact questions

I already have a Twilio account. Can I use it?+

CallBack HVAC is designed to connect through Twilio. Before enabling a live route, confirm account ownership, an approved Voice/SMS-capable number, routing, A2P registration, billing, callbacks, and controlled delivery proof.

How long does setup take?+

Setup time varies. Live readiness requires an owned Voice/SMS-capable number, a distinct call destination, verified A2P status, consent, callbacks, and controlled delivery proof.

What if I want to cancel?+

The published offer is month-to-month and says cancel anytime with no cancellation fee. Review the current terms and required record-retention obligations before closing an account.

Do you offer setup help?+

Yes. Ask before signup if you are unsure about your number, voicemail or texting approval. Chris reviews setup questions by email; technical details are helpful but optional. Guidance covers compatibility, app setup steps and planning a test. You control your provider account, registration, charges and routing. Carrier approval timing is outside our control.

Do you offer AI CSR?+

AI CSR is available only as a separately reviewed paid pilot for a defined after-hours or overflow call path. Live customer routing remains off unless the pilot is approved and enabled. Pilot options are shown at +$249/mo and +$499/mo and are not included in the 14-day free trial.
